Before my son was born I lived in the neighbourhood of Sant Gervasi and I discovered CreixambTraça (“Grow with skills”). I found it the first time on the way to my routine check-up during my pregnancy.
One day I stepped inside, and after being welcomed warmly, I became very interested in starting my prenatal classes with them. But we moved outside of town so due to logistics I decided otherwise. However, during the past 5 years, I went back there with and without my kids for several purposes: Attending a first aid course for children, visiting their fantastic baby gym with the little ones, signing my son up for their creative Easter camp and I even went for a personal educational session with the owner when I looked for professional advice on parenting.
CreixambTraça is the passion project of Eva Ferran Font. Eva is a wonderful and empathic educationalist who knows a lot about kids and their needs. She has fifteen years of experience working in schools and has a master’s in Psychological Diagnosis. She loves to be part of their development and growth and looks for close collaboration with parents and children.
There is a great variety of workshops, classes and one-on-one sessions offered. Always the main focus is on each family member’s needs starting from birth.
I highly recommend this lovely place and Eva’s work with full confidence for parents and their children.
