I love decoration and good food. When both things are found in a child-friendly environment I could not be happier.
Family Room Café unquestionably combines all of these three things. This is why this is one of our favourite spots to go with the kids for a family lunch in Barcelona.
Mar Agusti, mother of one and owner of this lovely place wanted to create a unique space for the entire family. A place where everyone feels at home and she truly achieved it. She did a great job opening her first Family Room Café in Les Corts a few years ago. She’s recently opened the second and more spacious Family Room Café in Sarría.
On the menu you will find fresh juices, great cakes and healthy and diverse dishes. On Sundays, all brunch lovers can enjoy brunch from 10am-5pm at the Les Corts location.
Les Corts has a small play area with a wooden house, a little play kitchen and a few toys to play with. At the new location in Sarría, the entire basement is for kids. Here they can play while parents can enjoy coffee and cake or a proper lunch menu.
It is better to book a table in advance, especially on weekends. If you go to Sarría, I recommend to book the big table in the basement. This way you can sit right next to the play area and relax while the kids have fun.
