The Austrian Boutique Hotel & Apartments offers wonderful mountain views and warm, modern alpine décor. The location, right on the ski slopes in winter and where the bike park is in summer, is ideal.
The property is only steps from the Asitz cable car that takes one up to 1760 metres and connects to one of the largest ski resort in Austria with 270km of ski slopes. Ski passes can be purchased at the reception.
Spacious but cosily decorated, the luxurious apartments feature warm wooden floors and furniture, upholstery in traditional fabrics and lots of natural light. Designed to enable guests to cook and eat in, all feature fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and living rooms with sofa beds. The elegant rooms and suites are decorated with beautiful natural elements. In addition to comfortable double beds with reading lamps, you will find cosy living rooms with sofa beds in the suites. Free high-speed WiFi, a safe and a wellness bag with fluffy bathrobes and sauna towels are included in all accommodation types.
All suites and rooms are furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail and include breakfast and a delicious 5-course gourmet menu. The hotel's restaurant serves traditional dishes in a modern way. Austrian classics such as the Wiener Schnitzel are not to be missed, and younger guests will surely find something tasty on the children's menu. Guests staying in an apartment can also indulge in culinary delights from 18:00. Each accommodation includes use of the heated outdoor pool (open all year) and the fitness and wellness area. Massages can be booked.
A well considered destination for families, there is also entertainment for children, including a brand new playroom, a playground just in front of the property and a babysitting service on request.

A deposit of 30% of the total fee is payable upon confirmation of booking.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made until 28 days prior to arrival incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 27-14 days prior to arrival incur a 70% cancellation fee of the total agreed price.
Cancellations made between 13-7 days prior to arrival incur a 90% cancellation fee of the total agreed price.
After that, 100% of the full accommodation rate will be charged.
No-shows and early departures:
100% of the full accommodation rate will be charged.
The Area
The apartment hotel is in a truly enviable location in a rural region of Salzburger Land, where you will enjoy pure mountain air, wide open views and a vast choice of outdoor pursuits.
The accommodation is right on the ski slopes, so in winter guests can ski right up to the terrace doors. From here there is direct access to one of the largest directly connected ski resorts in Austria - Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn - with some 270 km of pistes and more than 70 ski lifts of the latest standard.
In summer, this terrain is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.
The village Leogang is approximately one hour drive from Salzburg and two hours from Munich.
Pets
Dogs are allowed to stay at this property on request. They charge a daily rate of 28€, food is not included. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or by the pool.
