This traditional farmhouse is located in a small rural village, and has been tastefully renovated, preserving the wooden beams and original architecture, and divided into six apartments, ranging from 30 to 80 square metres. Offering families a genuine taste of farm life, the owners have returned to the ancient practice of keeping sheep in the same building. Now, windows in the kitchens and living rooms allow guests to look into the sheep’s stables. Each apartment has been fitted with central heating, well-equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms, and furnished in a contemporary Scandinavian style. Children sleep in cosy built-in bunk beds and cots are available.
The grounds include a sand pit, indoor playroom with a toy farm kitchen, and a workshop equipped with simple tools and supplies where kids and parents can make crafts. There is also a sauna which guests are free to use, and a barbecue and seating area. For those who do not wish to spend their holiday time shopping and cooking, your hosts can deliver breakfast hampers to your door. Homemade pre-cooked frozen meals that only require reheating are also available.
